Hi Manoj! A friend of mine introduced me to that word. It’s the name of a lung disease and also the longest English word to be published in a dictionary! Thanks for reading, and I quite like the concept of your website 🙂

The word “Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconoconiosis” is a word that refers to a lung disease contracted from the inhalation of very fine silica particles, specifically from a volcano; medically, it is the same as silicosis. It is also considered the longest word in the common dictionary.
Hope that helps.

Love your list. I have a nephew that can’t stop saying he’s bored. I changed his name to bored. Now, I have a list for him the next time he complains to me that he is bored. Thank You, and for the new word.

I see you wrote this a while ago – so I’m late to the party! But I really like #7. I’m going to try that when I’m next bored!
