I haven’t done one of these in a while! This week’s photo challenge is ‘boundaries.’ I took this photo last year when a friend and I went exploring the town near our uni. The weather kept fluctuating between rain and sun but exams had just finished so nothing could really ruin the day! I managed to capture a (kind of) sunny moment here. 🙂

Before I knew what type of blog Xingsings was going to become I considered photography. Mainly because I love WP’s weekly challenges. Anyway, wonderful photo, Sohini! I especially love the colors in this. All the leaves on our trees over here have shed or are brown so it’s nice to see all this green!

Thanks, Summer! It’s the same here at the moment (autumnal colours everywhere), so this photo took me back to nice summery moment. 🙂 I also love the weekly challenges! They’re the main reason I post photos here at all. You do some great photography on Instagram; I know your blog is primarily about books but do you think you’ll do any of the photo challenges on Xingsings?

Actually, I haven’t! I don’t think my photography skills are that great yet, but maybe one day! I do check the photo challenge WP tags periodically though since they’re so cool to look at. 🙂

My photography skills are practically nonexistent. XD I’ve seen your Instagram, I think your photos are beautiful! And you’re right, the submissions are great to look through, plus the other participants are generally so nice, even if you don’t know much about photography. 😉

Haha, I just meant that I often take the easy way out and shoot on automatic mode instead of worrying about aperture and all that… Thanks for your compliment though Summer 😀
